I feel bulged. I again had a stress eating episode - I ate up too much of my diet friendly oat bran muffins yesterday. Not too bad (at least no bread, sweets or fats), but also not too good. I'm up early, stressed, sleepy and my body has decided to punish me with stress caused "flowing through". This will be an interesting day!
And you know- I haven't been to a gym this week - and I miss it!! I never thought I would say that.
71.1 kg Lost so far: 17.9 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.6 kg a Week

I know that feeling and mine usually comes on at night and that is when I go straight for the peanut butter. It has been 4 days now that I have not had PB. It is so hard to push yourself to go to the gym but once you are there and you see others working out and you start working out, you will feel better. Good luck!!
