Plans for the week ahead really eat LC and less sugar intake.i want to see if there will be a bigger difference ,otherwise taking it 1 week at a time.

127.2 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.5 kg a Week
