I have a strange conclusion - more I train, more I loose. At the same time more I drink, lower is my weight too :) Strange , but it somehow works for me at the moment. Again had a messy evening with some wine and smoke.. I bet my body just soon will stop accepting this, go on a strike and scream for healthy lifestyle. I will be better girl soon.
