Hello and Happy Friday FS!

Yeah, down a tad! 💃💃 I was happy to see scale movement… slow but sure.

To be honest, I’m quite surprised that I still have a positive attitude about losing and haven’t said, oh, the heck with it, give me that pizza and I will get back on the bandwagon tomorrow but somehow tomorrow morph’s into other delicacies! I have a girlfriend that told me, about 40 years ago, that food is just fuel. I finally get that! It’s hard as our family always, before pandemic times, had gatherings that were always food focused in addition to whatever we were celebrating. Trying to get into the new mindset. Fuel focused instead of food focus. I’m starting to really think about my food choices when I visit family and instead of saying, yeah man, give me some of that and that but try to make a wise choice or at least a smaller helping. Anyway, it’s a constant battle and I know I could easily be led astray or fall off the edge completely.
