Taking a rest week and just getting my steps in but skipping the gym for a moment. My legs were really sore and not recovering well.


My husband's been doing little at home workouts and tried planking for the first time tonight. Despite him being fit he couldn't manage more than 30 seconds at a time.

Does anyone else have a hard time with planks? They've always been really easy for me. 2 minutes is nothing for me and I've easily done 5 before. He thinks it's easier because women might have naturally better developed abdominals. I think it's easier because I like to do yoga so I just think about it like holding another pose.
