It finally hit me ...this is not a sprint but a marathon. I'm taking a break from 3day water fast. I will just do my normal routine.

I'm learning how to overcome daily and that I can live without food.

#with God all things are possible.
128.5 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 32.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
