I’m not sure how this happened. Travelled to Idaho for work and visited all my favorite dining spots. Got healthy snacks, ate grilled chicken bowls for lunch. Worked out in the hotel gym and took yesterday off.
98.5 kg Lost so far: 33.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
