A bit disappointed with the weigh in today.. Yes I've lost 2.5kilos this week But after losing 2 kilo's in the first two days of the week its a bit of an anti climax... Weekend is here along with the family lunches, and sunday is my day off exercise. Wish Monday comes quick. Its so much easier to discipline oneself during a work week.
104.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 30 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hiya Yaseen, just keep going rome wasnt built in a day and neither is your body... 2.5kg in 1 week is amazing, ive hit rock bottom with my weight and am ready to make a change. I agree weekends are hard for me too with family and too much junk food around.
