Bounced up just a little. I was almost expecting it so I'm trying not to be too disappointed. Although I tried to keep my calories down yesterday I only came in a little under my 1900. I think I'm firmly in maintenance mode & getting back into weight loss mode may take a little work. Anyway it's Monday....weekend's over.

I didn't end up transplanting the daylillies yesterday cause the sun had moved into the area by the time I got out there. Although the temp was lower it was still quite hot in the sun. Today instead of finishing my 2nd coffee relaxing on the deck I got dressed & took it out into the gardens with me. I dug up the daylillies & got them planted in another area of the gardens. I also moved some tiny hostas cause they were covered up by the ferns, too. I cleaned up around the front gardens, pulled weeds & pulled out a bunch of strawberry plants. I don't mind them but they overtake everything if you let them. I took a break to have some lunch/ snack....apple slices, avocado, hummus, bagel crisps & Simply Salt crackers. I need to go clean up the piles of weeds/strawberry vines. Then I'm going to do my yoga/ toning exercises....that I ended up not doing again yesterday either. We did get the afternoon walk in.

Chicken breast for dinner on a nice salad. I had planned to just have Potato chips with our burgers last night....til Hubby informed me we didn't have any 😐 I made oven fries instead which I'm sure were better for us...and lower calorie.

Drinking more water today, too. Didn't have enough yesterday.

I need to grab the hummingbird feeder & refill it. Just noticed a hummer stopping by & it's empty.

Ok...time to get back to work!
