No progress this morning, but I am sure it will follow soon :) You know how great it feels when you enter your wight number before a training or an exercise machine or treadmill - and you realize that almost each week you're entering smaller and smaller number. So good! Already awaiting my weight to start with a new first number. Hopefully that will happen in 2-3 weeks!
71.2 kg Lost so far: 17.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
