It takes 21 days to form a New habit. its day 11 for me today. next week I will enter the 20's with God all things are possible. next week plan is to take a 30mins walk everyday. (I only walked twice this week)
131.4 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 35.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
