I was at the gym last night. I think my body protests for having too much sports or having a diet, or both together. I've cramps in my legs. In addition tonight I slept on my arms with all my weight, and woke up many times to get the blood circulation in them. Despite that, I feel my body shaping and getting slimmer. That's a great feeling, that is even more intensified by compliments of others. Have a wonderful day!!!
