The community pool nearby opened up and I went ahead and did some laps! Set out to do 20 but ended up bowing out at 14. Way more cardio than I was expecting.

Still have a little pain from shin splints so doing other things for leg days than lifting. Still lifting for upper body. I am getting SUPER jelly of husband's gains. Of course I love the results but he's literally never lifted before. He just does what I tell him and gains. Like I turn around one day and it's like Trap! Deltoids! pecs! where did this come from? I think its maybe also easier because he's eating maintenance and I try to make sure when he eats back his exercise calories they're very protein rich.

Fingers crossed that when I start eating maintenance I gain half as easy as him.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 20.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
