After doing my 3day water fast which was my initial goal not 7day. I have lost 1.9kg and im okay with that . I will break at 6pm and then start omad and alternative IF afterwards.

The reason why I did my 3day water fast was just to get myself back on this IF lifestyle . the 1st time I tried this lifestyle doing 16:8 i had constipation and just quit after losing 4kg in 2 months and eating mix clean and somedays unclean .

what is different this time is i now hv more information on how to deal with constipation and the importance of eating clean, meaning LC and less sugar (sugar is my weakness i tell you ) .

but I believe with God all things are possible so I know I will win this time around.




134.2 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 38.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Can you please share your tips on how to deal with constipation

I was advised to incorporate more fibre as part of my diet eg . Chia seed, fruits , green tea, ACV , veggies and whole wheat products during my eatting widow. I will also be buying the Dischem Tony Ferguson fibre powder. But if you go online you will see more food groups that help with constipation. Hope this helped abit. 😊
