Quick check in before I make dinner. It rained all night & we woke up to a wet morning. Eventually it cleared up but stayed cool...high in the mid 60's today. It was perfect for both my Yoga/ toning routine and our afternoon walk. I also enjoyed on the deck for a late afternoon snack while I read.

Debating setting a new goal....to try to get to & maintain between 135 & 140. Right now I'm going between 140 & 145.

I finally grabbed the big nippers & cut the lower branches off the tree between me & the river for a better view while I'm exercising.

The "Hummingbird Wars" have begun. I sat on the deck as they whizzed around me all claiming their territory.

Meatballs (Angus ground beef) with rice & salad for dinner.

We watched the final episode of The Queen's Gambit on Netflix last night. It was SO good! I was in tears at the end. Well worth checking out if you're looking for something to watch.

Well...need to feed the pups & make dinner.
