I guess when you go through a food shortage scare, you eat way too much and gain weight. Hopefully I will get back to my routine this week. Pity I gained so much.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Same! We were so worried if we would be able to get food at the shops so I made a lot of filling meals and didn't even think about my calories.
