It seems that my weightloss is back on track. Been walking 45 minutes the past 4 days, and that has also made a huge difference. Want to walk at least 6 days a week.
116.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 46.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
