I'm down almost a pound. Yay! What can I say? I'm happy! Off to treadmill!

Treadmill 90 minutes, 5.44 miles.

Tonight is the party -- two margaritas. Maybe some cake, some Mexican food. I'm going to enjoy myself! This is my birthday celebration!

(I gave myself a smaller happy face for today because I didn't do as well as I could have. But I did do much better than the disaster that could have befallen me if I had indulged in cheeses, sour creams, burritos, cake, more alcohol, et cetera. So even though I ate some bread at home later on, and even though I'm not going to put all my calories that I ate for today, I'm pretty pleased with myself. And if I go right back to work today, it shouldn't faze my diet at all. So good job over all, Deb!)
