WATER FAST REALLY DOING ITS THING !
Lost 3,5 kgs in the past 6 days and I’m not even sure I’m in full ketosis as yet . I’m really happy about this drop .
87.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Thank you very much guys 😊 yes I drink water , tea and coffee with no sugar and no milk and also lemon ginger water

Yes , no food and I’m planning on doing it for 31 days . I’m listening to my body everytime for any danger signals . If I experience any , I will stop because at the end of the day , I want to be healthy.
