i have tasted 74 but jumped back to 75 and now it seems to have bested there. it's hard not to get disappointed. i gave up a bit for two days. really missed eating whatever and not caring. felt terrible after a batch of pancakes....so now I'm back.... I've been feeling like I'm not getting anywhere. but i am. just need to keep going
75 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it Lallie🌹. Whenever you feel like giving up, just think about how bad you felt after the overindulgence. Spoil jouself ocasionally and tame your cravings with healthier snacks. Wishing you all the best💝

That’s how weight loss goes for me. I reach a new weight but then go back up again for a week or two until finally settling at the new weight. Then stay there for a while until I lose again. It’s two steps forward and one step back.
