I know I’m retaining water because I ate too much bread over the weekend. When I weighed myself at the start of the weekend I weighed less... So I’m not too worried about this gain.
87.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
