Please take it very slow.. our family had covid a year ago. other friends we know get heart cramps. We are also very out of breath for the slightest exertion.

Listen to your body! It will tell you when to push and when to stop. We had covid in January, my partner was on a ventilator for 13days, was a miracle that he fought through and came back to us. He got started on rehab the very next day he got out of hospital. From not being able to walk for more than 2 metres to lifting weights more than his body weight, he is back to 100% fitness level. With determination and dedication it really is possible. Xxx keep at it.

Hi there, i also battled with covid for 4 weeks. And it is realy tuff to get going again. But take it day by day. I started walking, slow pace, every time a little further. I enjoy my surroundings and to breathe fresh air into my lungs without coughing is such a blessing. Today you will have the energy and tomorrow you just won't. On those days, sit in the sun and just Breathe.... And know it will get better. ☺ Goodluck!!!
