I guess there were more calories than in a weekday, though stuck to the allowed food list. 100 g increase is not serious, and the scales have measuring deviation of 0,1 kg.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
