I'm happy this week! I joined a running challenge with a group on discord and totally over did it. Ran 18 miles in the last two weeks. Also gave myself shin splints so I'll have to take it easy this week. Still getting my steps in but I'll be walking.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
