Last week started out well got down to 58.9 by Thursday then it all went to pot, got stressed and frustrated and irritated and delved into as much junk food as I could
On well new week, start again
59.8 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
