Fail: Today's difficulty level was really high.. From lack of sleep, couldn't put baby down (even while trying to work), failed to complete a task due to being unprepared, and tantrums left and right with the little one..
Win: I tried my best... I felt so down by bedtime, that I forced myself to at least get a little exercise in.. It went from a couple push-ups, to a couple exercises, to 30 min. I think exercise has become a wanted requirement. Thanks FS fam!

Exercise: 30min strength training

Food (1373 cal):
- lunch: crab, spring mix, white rice
- snack: protein shake, Activia yogurt
- dinner: carls jr jalapeno chicken sandwich meal
62.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you for getting past the troubles of the day and going for the exercise! That’s a great lesson we all need to remember. Hope today goes better for you and the little one!

Thanks! It was definitely a struggle, but so glad I pushed through.. The little one may be going through a growth spurt (it's the only time he stays cranky for days instead of sporadically).. Yay he's growing though!
