Hi guys it's been a rough month covid really got to my hubby n I. Not sure if a blessings but I have lost 4kgs. Now comes the tough part keeping it off. Hope you all have a great day.
86 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

Happy to see you and your hubby recovered. Sticking to whole foods, mainly fresh foods will automatically let you keep it off. Stay away from dried or processed products and you will win. Not easy to do but after a while it does become a habit. Just past experience. I myself need to get back into that habit.

Glad to hear you're recovered...And I'd like to think that don't consciously just think "I need to keep this weight off", maybe look at it as ..The process has been kickstarted for me and now I'll continue from here...Fatgirlslim1982 is giving quite a good suggestion...Find what works for you though. You probably have lost weight in a sustainable way before ..Stick to what works for you. Have a good day as well .
