This is how my scale looks today. I don’t want to celebrate yet but I’m glad 🙂 there is change after such a consistent week besides Sunday ofcoz.
90.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
