Well then... I hope the weight continues to drop in the end even though it keeps going through a roller coaster lol

Fail: me: "let's jog for an hour today!" also me: "let's wear a black hoodie during clear skies!" 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 I couldn't take off the sweater cuz I could feel my skin burning, and I couldn't run in the sauna.. oops!

Win: beat my average speed of jogging and reached my longest distance so far! 🏃🏽‍♀️

Exercise: 36min jog

Food (1311 cal):
- breakfast: 1 mini donut and a chocolate macadamia piece
- lunch: marinated chicken burrito (no rice)
- dinner: shrimp scampi zucchini from California Pizza Kitchen
62.7 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job on the jogging! Maybe after I get my knees rehabilitated, I'll be able to at least walk quickly.

@debbie Hope all healing goes well! I enjoy seeing the increase in speed and distance the more we walk/jog/run. You may feel sluggish at first, but you'll get to where you want! You got this 💪🏽
