Eating less is working! Huge win yesterday (Saturday) eating like every other day of the week.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So great. Checking out our respective blogs, it's amazing that are we are so close in weight. However... you are working out like a monster, and burning 1000 more calories than I am.... but I am eating fewer calories.... so interesting to see the comparison. I need to get off my dead ass and get busy.

It is interesting! I started eating more calories to file workouts and build muscle while losing fat. That didn’t happen exactly so now I think I’ll lose some fat to have the muscle come out.
