Waist 101 cm. Double digits at last! Broken through the 100kg floor. I am now merely over weight and no longer obese! Now to count down the 90s. Fashionable clothes are within my reach. My "arthritis " has disappeared. Joints are feeling good. Stomach is no longer painful. So motivating to see the numbers on the scale.

99.7 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg. Still to go: 11.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
