How do I stay motivated to enter every single food item when I know more or less what I'm eating is healthy?
117.4 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 52.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You don't really have to enter everything you eat everyday, some days are busy and on some days you might forget. So my take would be this,I believe calorie counting is a tool that leads to a life of better intuitive eating. The point is so you can eat healthy without having to count calories but rather that it becomes a habit and you still reach or maintain your fitness goals.
