Actually starting wt was 126.3, so today 125.8, a 0.5# loss. Barely enough to inspire me to stick with it, but I will.
56.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

but I gained it back last night. Sooo frustrating. I only have one week until I have to weigh in at WW & I dont want to have to pay! So get out the cabbage soup!
