Fail: didn't get my cardio in today..
Win: THANK YOU FS FAM! Because I knew I had to post my daily -- and I couldn't post 3 days in a row of no actual workout -- it pushed me to get an exercise in. I ended up with more than 30min of strength training!

Exercise: 30min shoulder and back + 30min abs

Food (1044 cal):
- lunch: chicken thighs and brown rice
- snack: double espresso shot with a little 1% milk, Activia strawberry yogurt
- dinner: chicken shwarma wrap
64.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
