Think I'll go back to 20/24h fast and OMAD... been doing 18:6 for a few days and have gained 400g in 2 days and weight is the same this morning. Don't think that more than 1 meal a day is working for me. Our bodies are so different. I'll re-evaluate my hours once at goal 🤔
76.4 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Frequent scale use leads to people being more extreme than consistent... Not eating the same daily macros will result in water retention on higher carb days and fluctuations. Human nature is to purge or sabotage when we feel there is no progress. Try switch to a measuring tape

Thanks for your input... For me weighing keeps me motivated so I do what works for me. I've lost 13+kg already doing IF and OMAD. I tried adjusting my hours but it's not working for me so I'll go back to what does. A gain here and there doesn't put me down. I know balance is the key to long term success.
