The last 2 weeks since my birthday have been disastrous, and I won’t even begin to try & mention what I ate. Just this weekend I’ve had 8 cupcakes, steers chips, 4 of those woolies sliders, plenty of toasties including a toasted chicken mayo with cheese, chips, biscuits, a whole pack of chuckles & chocolate milk. In general, just way too much sugar and bread... during the week only my dinners are healthy but the rest of the day is horrendous. This week I’m getting back into mindful eating without counting macros & calories.

I got myself a body composition scale. I know they are not the most accurate but it’ll show me where I’m heading. In May 2019 I used the scale to measure my fat % which was 23% and I weigh the same as I did then, except my fat% is now sitting at 17% making it much lower now. Hoping that means I’ve managed to gain muscle in-place of the fat.
48 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
