Just remember, not every gain means defeat... I started at 90kg. Been on IF from mid March and have lost 13.6kg since then. Dropped 2 jean sizes and looking forward to fitting into that 34 skinny jean hanging in front of my cupboard 💪🏼😍🥳😎 #selfmotivation
76.4 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
