Gained so much in just one week. This was to be expected. We were without water for 5 days, which lead to us buying take-away meals for lunch and dinners, drinking lots of cola en barely any water.
122.4 kg Lost so far: 7.6 kg.    Still to go: 52.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week
