Fail: one weekend put me back up so much, I'm beating myself up for it

Win: I need to look at the positive aspect: my shirts aren't as tight so the weight may have shifted from fat to muscle 😃

Exercise: 30min jogging + 40min full body workout

Food (1096 cal):
lunch: grilled chicken wet burrito (no rice)
snack: leftover burrito
dinner: turkey bell pepper patty, cauliflower, and power greens salad with tomatoes
65.2 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
