Decided that my weight-loss journey needs to be fun.

So for May I'm aiming for 3 active days per week on my Polar watch. = 300 Cal training sessions +/- 45 min

Choosing to dance for exercise and learning all the latest Tiktok dance trends for this. Love it! 💃❤️😜

Note to self, don't let anyone record me dancing 😂🤣
97 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 42 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 3.5 kg a Week
