Fail: tried the intermediate chest workout.. super failed 😂😭 could not do all those various push ups for the life of me
Win: fed my son a variety of foods that aren't part of my diet and I ate NONE! WHOOO (but crying inside I wasted so much food 😢)
Exercise: 30 min jog + 30min chest workout (body weight)
Food (949 calories): - lunch: leftover ground turkey tofu thing - snack: Activia yogurt with the almond nuggets from Costco, coffee - dinner: the last of the ground turkey tofu thing (didn't finish this either! So much food wasted today 😭)
