Started my routine today to hopefully reduce my waist/ tummy measurements. My goal is to make enough progress in the next 3 months I feel comfortable in a 2 piece Swimsuit. I took measurements & a "beginning" photo. I also did some arm curls with weights. I feel like I've been complacent since I met my weight goal a year ago. I've continued to watch what I eat & maintained my weight, but that's it. I've felt happy with a half hour to 45 minute walk each day. It is a walk up & down some hills but I don't feel I've challenged myself any further.

I spent a couple of hours in the gardens pulling & cutting back some long grassy growth & watering. Still waiting for the caladium bulbs I planted to show some growth. According to Google it can take from 2 to 12 weeks. We had a couple of cold spells so the soil may not have warmed as quickly.

My hip/ leg was sore this afternoon. I'm not sure if I overdid it with the exercises I did or working outside. I tried to start easy but I guess when you haven't done anything in awhile you can feel it.

Hubby & I caught up with our niece & nephew in Canada tonight. We spent a couple of hours face timing. They finally got their first vaccine 2 weeks ago but are not scheduled for the 2nd til August. Things are still pretty locked down where they are in a suburb of Toronto. Resteraunts are hopefully opening for outdoor dining mid June. They were excited the marina where they dock their boat is allowing them access starting tomorrow.

Boneless pork chops, Brussels sprouts & couscous for dinner tonight.
65.4 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good to be happy with where you are and good to have new goals, I think.

LC, I guess my goal since March of 2020 has been to maintain and I'm happy I've been able to do that. I feel good in my clothes and get compliments from friends on my loss. Now, I think I've been motivated by others on FS....you being one if them 😊...to take it further. I want to increase my flexibility and reduce some inches. I've always worn my swimsuits...no matter what weight, but I'd like to feel good in one showing my midriff...we'll see!

😊Awesome. I think that's a very reasonable and healthy goal to take it just a bit further from a place where you're already happy with what you've achieved.
