Fail: lost my house keys while jogging (oops!)
Win: Because I had to search for the key, I ended up taking more than 10k steps before 9am! 🏃🏽‍♀️

Exercise: 30min jogging + 60min walking + 30min upper body and abs (5 or 10 lbs)
Food (TOTAL: 1229 calories):
- lunch: grilled chicken wings with bell peppers, squash, and black beans
- snack: cherries, ice cream on a cone, chili cheese fries
- dinner: grilled chicken wings with sautéed onions, bell peppers, and squash
65.0 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
