My biggest weigh drop since I have started! I was a bit ill last week... so I did not exercise but still kept the calories low. Even though I cheated on Friday (KFC)🙈 must say a good way to start a Monday!😁💜
77.4 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
