today i am so very thankful. i have been stuck at 77 forever and it seems that in at 75 now...and been there for a while. toto me it feels like I've achieved my weight goal ( honestly i don't really have a weight goal) according to the Internet i should weigh between. 50 and 70 to be healthy . so i guess that's my goal. but my real goal was to break my bad eating habits and i've really managed that! I'm not perfect but I've found a way of eating that works for me that i enjoy and can keep on doing. i think I've found it. following the blue zone diet has really done me wonders! it's based on the healthiest communities in the world his they live and eat so it's totally sustainable for the long term. and I'm not cutting out any food groups. it took so long to get to a place where I'm happy with what I'm eating. it takes time to find the right balance that works for you. cravings are less and healthy foods tases better.
75.3 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
