Well - I worked my fat ass off this week I can tell you. Walking and jogging around Lysterfield Lake. Did you feel the earth tremors...LOL. Oh - and 2 gym visits. What sadist designed a step machine...? Trust me, Ive earnt something yummy this coming week.....mmm - so much to choose from.
But really, I set out just doing some short jogging ( everybody shuffling ) - approx 30 - 50 steps counting each time my left leg hits the ground. Wowee - not as young as I used to be - but it hasn't taken long to get to a couple of 100 steps jogs and today I ran the entire length of a short fence line - a little goal I set. And today, it poured rain and I got satched. Like i'd been swimming fully dressed. But, I'm not just a pretty face - I;m smart too - well, enough that I had a large towel in the car in case I got rained on. ( It is late Autumn here in Melbourne ). So, I'm down .8 kilo and i'm looking at the new weight and I'm only .6 away from getting into the 113's. So, who do I need to be, what actions do I need to take to crack the 113 barrier this week. I dunno but I've at least earnt 1 sinful yummy, squillion calorie feed....

114.5 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
