Losing 3.5 kg a Week

Looks like you and I are on the same trajectory!
I started my program of healthy eating and exercise on 23rd March, and have been losing about 1kg a week fairly consistently. Until this past week, when I have bounced around the 79.5 mark the whole week.
I assume it is a bit of consolidation.
I've set an initial goal to be 75 kgs by the end of May, so need to shed a further 1kg a week from now till then.
