After not much change last month, due to being on holiday, I was a bit worried that I might have stalled. But it's comforting to see that one week of being back at home, and my weight is dropping again. I'm just 400 grams away from being back in the 60's. To be honest, I can hardly believe this is me, and that is getting easier, because my habits are really changing and feel natural now. Yes, I snuck a few hot chips on holiday, but not entire plate fulls like I used to. I just couldn't stomach them. Who am I?? 😂😂😂 I have now lost over 16 kgs, and have the faith now to change my goal to 60 kgs. I didn't at first, because that seemed so impossible. Now I know it's easily in my grasp, if I just carry on this way. The benefits are already huge. Not only do I look great, but I no longer have ANY pain in my joints. I even did an advanced mountain hike on holiday. ME!! I feel like I'm losing years along with weight, and it's incredibly motivating.
70.3 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
