So I weighted myself throughout the the week. Last week I experienced a plateau. This week I lost 2,6kg in total. Almost at my goal weight. 3,3kg to go
71.3 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
