I've done much better these last 2 days. Back on track. I feel so incredibly good this morning. No dizziness or bloat. Smaller portions and no white refined carbs make a huge difference.
72.3 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1272 kcal Fat: 59.18g | Prot: 39.44g | Carbs: 153.31g.   Breakfast: whole foods granola, apple, cherries, cranberry green tea, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch: vinaigrette dressing, feta cheese, lettuce salad, avgolemono soup. Dinner: egg, balsamic dressing, corn salad, tabouli, marinated artichoke hearts, couscous, lettuce, spinach. Snacks/Other: Lindt 85% chocolate, sugar, 1% milk, cashews, raisins. more...

Hey Coco... Yeah, I find that limiting refined carbs helps too... especially in the weight department. We had Chinese take out yesterday (before freezing rain set in). For the 1st time I ate the entry without any rice. Don't get me wrong, I like rice... but for some reason didn't feel like I had to eat it and didn't really miss it.

Yeah, sugar and other refined carbs are a diet-killer. Glad you're back on track.
